brief description

The SKL with a cooling section has been designed for media temperatures of up to 160° for industrial applications requiring higher temperatures. This version is suited for application in environments exposed to high thermal loads. Thereby, the cooling section serves to reduce the media temperature at the sensor element. Thanks to its stainless steel membrane and semi-conductor thinfilm technology, it incorporates excellent properties.

The SKL can be used in automotive engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics in automation engineering, for example. Its modular design provides for a multitude of signal, thread and connection options.

For higher temperature applications of up to 180°, the SKE series has been equipped with remote electronics controlled by way of Teflon cable. The electronics thus allows installation in cooler environments and permits application in the chemical industry and others. By using titanium as a material for pressure sensing, we will havethese pressure transducers available in the future also for media temperatures of up to 200°.
