Three-dimensional functional ceramic microsystems in additive technology (TRIMIKAD)

The aim of the joint project is to develop technologies for the finely structured application of functional ceramic materials on three-dimensionally shaped substrates and to present these demonstrators, which have been produced on a laboratory scale and are oriented towards future applications.
 
The aim of the project of the project partner ADZ NAGANO is to

  • to develop miniaturized, robust, front-flush ceramic sensors for demanding application conditions (media contact, pressure load) and environmental conditions (temperatures, vibrations, high humidity) with increased sensitivity
  • to implement the requirements for the innovative sensor technology based on resonant ceramic structures in terms of production technology using highly developed direct writing processes or assembly technology
  • to characterize and evaluate novel manufacturing technology under application conditions
  • use the developed production technology and signal processing for the ceramic pressure sensors of the next generation.


The project sponsor is the SAB (Sächsische Aufbaubank) and the project is funded by EU funds.
