Overload-proof LTCC differential pressure sensors for high-temperature applications ("Überdruck")

The aim of the project is the development and characterization of a miniaturized, overload-resistant and high-temperature-stable differential pressure sensor in LTCC multilayer technology for the automotive, aerospace and chemical industry.
Contents of the project are the development of the LTCC-based pressure transmitter (measurement data acquisition at T <= 300°C) as well as the required high-temperature electronics and assembly and connection technology.

ADZ NAGANO acts within the sub-project: "High-temperature signal processing for passive compensation and active signal pre-processing" as a developer of the overall pressure transmitter concept, the correction and signal processing structures on the pressure measuring cell and the necessary measurement and calibration technology for series production of the pressure transmitter.
